Noema is a soulful traveller and dedicated guide on the path of self-discovery. Born in Spain into a family of intuitives, she has always been captivated by life’s profound existential questions.
This deep curiosity led her to explore the wisdom of ancient practices, shaping her journey through Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing with Gongs, and therapeutic approaches based on energy work.
As an experienced Kundalini Yoga teacher and therapist, Noema provides compassionate guidance and powerful tools to help others navigate challenges, unlock their full potential, and embrace a life of clarity, purpose, and fulfilment.
With a strong background in therapeutic work, she has an innate ability to hold space for transformation, creating a safe and supportive environment where healing unfolds naturally. Her mission is to empower individuals to rediscover their authenticity, embrace their wholeness, and expand their consciousness.
Elli (Elisabeth) grew up on a charming Austrian farm, always driven by a deep curiosity to explore the world. Her journey has taken her across the globe, now calling Bali home.
Elli’s introduction to yoga in 2012 was a life-changing moment, unlocking a passion for the healing arts and setting her on a profound path of self-discovery and transformation. With certifications in Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release Yoga, Flow Yoga, Reiki, Shamanic Breathwork, and other Shamanic practices, Elli creates a safe, nurturing space for healing, growth, and expansion. Kundalini Yoga – The Yoga of Awareness
A holistic discipline known for its repetitive movement patterns called “Kriyas,” dynamic breathwork, and active meditations. Designed as a complete system recharge, this powerful practice strengthens and relaxes your nervous system, bringing you into a state of neutrality. It balances the endocrine system, allowing the master glands to secrete the nectar that opens the gateway to higher consciousness.
Yin Yoga
Targets the connective tissue to promote flexibility and release stored emotions from the fascia tissue. The functional approach takes individual anatomy into account and offers variations for each pose. It is a calm, meditative practice with passive stretches giving you a better body awareness, a calm nervous system and mental relaxation.
Myofascial Release Yoga
A technique in which muscle tension and movement restrictions are released through gentle pressure with tools like release balls and blocks. Perfect for those experiencing stiffness from daily activities, stress, or posture imbalances, this session will leave you feeling open, relaxed, and more connected to your body.
Shamanic Breathwork
A sacred ritual guided by the rhythm of the shamanic drum and music attuned to the chakras. It offers the space for you to have a transcendent experience through conscious connected breathing. Elli provides supportive body and energy work for profound emotional releases. The integration process helps you find the meaning of that experience for your life.
Meditation
A journey from sound to silence, from movement to stillness, and from a limited identity to an expansive state. This ancient therapeutic practice helps calm the mind and uplift the spirit. It provides a space to develop intuition and cultivate a sense of balance and harmony within oneself.
Sound Healing with Gongs
The secret of the Gong lies in its profound potential for healing and rejuvenation. Through sound and vibration, it facilitates deep relaxation, releases tension, and promotes inner peace. The resonant tones of the Gong create an extended state of spontaneous meditation, allowing Prana (vital life energy) to flow freely throughout the body. This process clears blockages in the chakra system, encourages healing, and awakens higher consciousness for transformation.
