Welcome to my story.
Introduction
It is part of the human condition to feel stuck, overwhelmed or burdened by challenges that are physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. Challenges that can seem unsurmountable.
Many of us face periods in our lives where we struggle to find peace, clarity or a sense of direction.
We can come against barriers, in all aspects of our health, where the weight of life’s pressures can make it difficult to move forward and leaving us searching for answers that seem out of reach.
Whilst it may seem that some people get through life without significant struggle, everyone faces challenges at some point. Myself included.
My Story
I have been where you are now, navigating the twists and turns of life’s challenges. For years, I faced my own struggles, feeling lost and uncertain about how to break free from the cycle of stress and emotional turmoil. But through my journey, I discovered powerful tools and techniques that not only transformed my life but also equipped me to help others find their way.
My family blue print
I have always felt deeply connected to the unseen, the subtle, the etheric.
My family’s legacy is a tapestry of foresight and spiritual exploration. Traits that have been passed on as part of my inheritance.
I have been captivated by profound existential questions that spark a deep curiosity within me.
This founding bedrock I believe to be a driving force in my desire to look beyond traditional approaches to healing. Both for myself and for others.
A calling to heal
I have always felt called to help people. Pursuing this calling, I graduated as an Occupational Therapist, so that I could help make a tangible difference in peoples lives.
But it would be my own health issues, born from my own experiences that would lead me to experience the limitations of conventional medicine and down a path that sought not only to cure the symptoms but to also address the root cause.
The battle
A traumatic experience in my life would shatter the very foundations of my world and I was clinically diagnosed with PTSD. I felt a resistance to pharmaceutical medicine which only masked and numbed my emotions. I experienced a lack of compassion and understanding from the medical system and I felt drained and defeated.
In the depths of my struggle, I realised my calling extended beyond conventional methods.
In my search for healing, I explored various modalities, from Kundalini yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Quantum Healing, energy work and other holistic approaches. These tools became my lifeline, helping me to heal deep wounds and regain control over my life.
The resolution
As I integrated these practices into my life, I experience a profound shift - a newfound sense of freedom, clarity and purpose. The techniques that helped me rise from my own struggles are now the foundation of my work, guiding others to break free from their own challenges. Today, I’m dedicated to sharing these modalities with you, so you too can embark on a path of healing, growth and empowerment.
My promise to you
I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey, offering compassionate guidance and effective tools to help you overcome your challenges. My promise is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, heal and grow at your own pace. Together, we will work towards unlocking your potential and embracing a healthy life filled with clarity, purpose and fulfillment.
