What to Expect

During a breathwork session, Noema will gently guide you through various breathing techniques designed to help you connect deeply with your body and emotions. The session will begin with setting an intention and creating a calm, supportive environment. As you start to breathe consciously, you may experience a range of sensations, emotions and insights, all of which are part of the healing process. Noema will be there to support you, ensuring you feel safe and grounded throughout. By the end of the session, you can expect to feel more relaxed, centred and in tune with your inner self.

FAQs

  • You will be asked to abstain from alcohol and other substances 48 hours prior to a session.

    Food is not recommended at least 2 hours prior the session.

  • All my sessions are held on-line.

    You will need a quiet, comfortable space where you wont be interrupted.

    Headphones are recommended.

  • All the breathwork session will be tailored to your unique needs following our discovery call.

    A session last 70 min. We’ll be using the first 10 min in which I’ll performing an energetic clean for you to move easily throughout the practice, following by 45 min of breathing practices personally curated to meet your needs.

    The last 15 min is an integration space where you have the opportunity to integrate what you’ve experience.

  • Noema also offers after care sessions to help you think about any changes you've noticed.

    This is an opportunity to discuss and fully integrate the session in relation to any insights or emotions that are difficult for you to handle.

    Reflecting on things in this way can strengthen your resolve for moving forwards.

    These after care sessions have an extra cost and this can be discussed as a part of our discovery call.

  • Yes. Noema will send you a recording, allowing you to revisit the practice whenever it’s most convenient for you.
